Entry is on a first-come first-served basis and tickets are available from the Grotto entrance. Santa stops at Market Walk on the 9th, 10th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 22nd and 23rd between 10am and 3pm. On the 14th the Grotto will open between 1pm and 6pm.

Also visit the Christmas Market and Continental market to stick up on some Christmas gifts and treats.
